This dynamic African-American graduate of Spellman College (University of black American women founded in 1924 and known for the quality of its teaching), is at the head of an empire of 56 billion and has 110,000 employees. President of SAM’S CLUB, a division of retail giant Wallmart (equivalent of the groups Auchan and Carrefour in France), Rosalind G. Brewer, 51 years old, is the living proof that one can be both a business woman and a blossomed mother.
When recruited by Wallmart Group in 2006 as Vice-President, she centers most of her digital strategy to target and attract younger consumers. She then focus strongly on innovation and technology.

In 2013, she joined the very exclusive club of the most powerful women in the world, according to Forbes magazine’s famous ranking. About her childhood, we know that Roz, as she is known to her family, belongs to the first generation in the family that has been to university.
Today, Rosalind G. Brewer is a boss whose sense of anticipation and leadership are recognized and appreciated.
