Pastry confirmed of Indian origin, Pooja Dhingra is, at age 27, an accomplished entrepreneur. After studying tourism at Cesar Ritz College in Switzerland, passionate young woman of French culture is part of the prestigious culinary school in Paris, Le Cordon Bleu, where she graduated in 2008 released.

Back to Bombay, she opened her first business in 2010 she called “The 15 Pâtisserie” echoing the 15th arrondissement of Paris, where she lived during his stay. His cuisine is a subtle blend of French pastry and touches of Indian flavors. However, its flagship products are its famous French macaroons, popular throughout the country.

With its success, Pooja Dhingra opens later two other institutions, always in Bombay; but it does not stop there. Indeed, this ambitious young woman who defines herself as a “serial-entrepreuneuse” expands its portfolio with the launch of a creative, culinary workshops and meetings of all kinds, the “Studio Fifteen.” In 2014, she wrote and published his first collection of recipes, “The Big Book of Treats”, published Pinguin.

Quoted in several national and international media (Haper’s Bazaar, Grazia, Vogue India, etc..), Its cuisine is becoming increasingly popular. Forbes India recently ranked among the 30 most promising young entrepreneurs of the moment.

At last, the talented pastry preparing a collaboration with Nina Ricci for the release of a collection of macarons with flavors of the latest fragrance brand sewing.
