From May 9 to June 8 in Saint. Louis, Saint Louis, Senegal will host the Biennale of Arts OFF for its third edition, organized by the Association for the Promotion of Visual Arts of Africa (PAVA). This year the exhibition is organized around the theme “The River Colors”, in homage to the Senegal River. In partnership with the Dak’art, the city became a source of inspiration for many artists who come to exhibit their works and becomes a hub of contemporary art. So this year, foreign galleries of European commissioners renewed their booking space to present their artists.
