Africa crops Cajarc

16ème édition Africajarc of the Festival of African cultures“, was held from July 24 to 27 in Cajarc, on the River Lot in south-western France. For four days and four nights, this village of about 1,200 souls, welcomed 20,000 festival-goers came to take part in this unmissable appointment of giving and receiving. With a rich and varied program, including orchestrated by Régine Lacan, artistic director of the festival for 11 years, this event is indeed a place of sharing and exchange. Music, theater, dance, storytelling, film, literature, art and craft exhibitions, conferences and art market helped to rediscover or discover Africa in all its splendor.

Despite the bad weather, the evening of 25 July, entitled “Eves Africawas one of the highlights of the main stage of the festival. Three worlds and three female voices singularities endearing and striking gave us thrills. This is the Algerian Houria Aichi, Ambassador of the Berber song, which opened this great female ball, always faithful to his desire to transmission. Sometimes with a deep voice sometimes fine, sweetly reminiscent of sung poetry” close to her heart, she accompanied the sounds of the oud, clarinet, and the tarhu hajouj. Between tradition, jazz and Mediterranean music quintet of Hijâz’Car. A marvel.

Angelique Kidjo from Benin amazon, presented excerpts from his latest song Eve” which celebrates both the beauty and courage of women in Africa, plus some classics from his rich repertoire. Fon, French, English or youruba, she made the audience dance while addressing crucial issues. Respect for difference, violence against women, but also the importance of girls’ education, were discussed. Served by an eclectic music, sailing in Métis waters between r & b, jazz, funk and African music of the West, his writings took their direction on the main stage of the festival. Despite the fatigue of travel and tours, Angelique was in the house!

Finally, how to be insensitive to mixing and captivating energy Sena Dagadu, born in Accra a Hungarian mother and a Ghanaian father? Between Soul, Electro, but also hip hop, funk and afrobeat from Ghana, the bubbly young woman occupied the space to great effect. It is surely one of the shots heart of this 16th festival of African cultures.

Comment s’habiller quand on n’aime pas ses jambes

How to dress if you do not like her legs?

May Day! I can not stand my legs, I find them too round or too stained, I do not want to show! What do you do?

le pantalon

1 st tip : pants of course, but not any!

Leaves to hide his legs as well do it with prints or high waist, for example, that correspond to your body and your style!

la robe

2nd tip : Overuse dresses or long skirts! Even asymmetric, semi-transparent, ankle length, dress a little bohemian, hippie chic! So that it reveals what it takes while hiding the most important, so you’ll feel better!

les sandales

3rd tip : The choice of shoes is essential!

Beware of too heavy shoes, offset, wide flanges, riser who do not value the broad ankles!

Prefer fine and feminine sandals, ballerinas Turned Heel or not!

Now you are ready to be the most beautiful!

Celiac disease what is it ? – Part 1

Koeliakos” in Greek means “that which belongs to the intestines” hence the term celiac disease” or chronic bowel disease. The disease in question is often referred to under the names gluten intolerance, or celiac disease.” Digestive symptoms are characterized by bloating, stomach upset, diarrhea as well as joint pain, headaches, and insomnia. We are therefore in the case of intolerance” to gluten. The origin of this suffering gluten consumption. Gluten is a mixture of proteins in certain cereals such as wheat, barley and rye. In people with celiac disease, gluten ingestion causes what is called an abnormal immune response.”

There are at level of the small intestine inflammation which damages the intestinal walls. In medical terms, this is the villi which are destroyed. These are small wave-shaped structures that constitute the “folds” of the intestine and which allows the absorption of most nutrients, vitamins and minerals. When inflammation persists in a patient‘s intestine is damaged and becomes unable to absorb some minerals, nutrients and vitamins. And this causes the medium term malnutrition even if the patient has a normal diet. Symptoms of varying intensity occur in some people with this disease and, over time, more serious problems arise beyond fatigue, depression and joint pain. Council as a radical banishment of gluten in their diet allows some patients to regain better health. In this context, should we talk about allergy, intolerance or hypersensitivity? The allergy is very rare, is detectable after ingestion of gluten that causes respiratory and digestive difficulties up to edema. Unlike intolerance, allergy does not destroy ingestion. Intolerance is actually an immune response caused by the ingestion of gluten. Unlike “classicalthis abnormal reaction allergies system attacks the patient’s body by attacking his small intestine. According to some experts, three groups of patients unable to tolerate gluten are listed: allergic, intolerant and hypersensitive. These specialists distinguish allergy intolerance.

As for hypersensitivity, is the subject of scientific debate. For information, correspond to hypersensitive patients undergoing tests because they had symptoms of celiac disease without doctors will detect the presence of antibodies to justify intolerance to gluten. Some people react much faster than the gluten intolerant. To date, there are few specialists who are interested in hypersensitivity to gluten. Other professionals denounce tote aspect is of this category of patients. As for manufacturers, they are mainly for patients who stick to a “gluten free” diet (gluten-free, ie) without a medical obligation to that. What is gluten? What are the specific causes of this abnormal immune response? We will discuss these issues shortly, during the second part devoted to celiac disease.
