What do you think the next generation of designers?
I can not say. I’d be more surprised by free electrons.
Do you think one day return to ready to wear luxury?
In absolute terms, no, although my 10 years of lending-to-wear in the 90s are still in my mind, what many have forgotten by cons. It is not mandatory to return to a segment which, nowadays, is very crowded, but be daring and ingenuity by proposing a new instinctive approach to fashion.
Fashion Week ends on Wednesday 1 October. What are the parades you’re going to see ?
A few words about your next haute couture collection, inspiration, materials …?
It’s a little early, no? Between fabrics and sketches, my mind is in turmoil, it is full of ideas, images, multiple inspirations I still keeps secret. I always have several collections in advance, things change and evolve. And as I often say, a fashion artist is a sponge, captures every moment holds sounds, colors, essences … I absorbs and transforms … See you Wednesday, January 28, 2015, it will introduce my collection of Haute Couture Summer 2015 !
You should aim to create a museum. What is it?
A proposed museum concept exactly. In fact, I have this desire and ambition to create spaces where everyone can discover or rediscover my creations: haute couture pieces, unique drawings, paintings and much more, and that, through specific themes. These spaces will reveal the essence of each museum concepts desired. An adventure museographer and designer I‘ve experienced during my exhibition monograph “The body and soul Couture” at Textile Museum in Lyon in 2009, when I staged my 10 years of haute couture. This experience, I particularly affectionate, and I would like to reiterate and renew through this project.
What is the best statement you have made to a woman?
I said yes, 27 August 2011 for mayor of the eleventh arrondissement.
What is your definition of French chic?
The money is chic.
