1st Overseas Gastronomy Exhibition

Initiated by Babette Rozières first woman chef, the 1st Overseas Gastronomy exhibition will be held over three days, 7th, 8th and 9th February 2015, at Porte de la Villette in Paris Event Center.

With the chef Joel Robuchon as Honorary President, more prestigious guests and a festive program (Gwo Ka, Tahitian ballet, folk dance …), the show will be punctuated with demonstrations of great chefs and debates. “Food self-sufficiency of Overseas: Utopia or Reality? “” Rum and Ti punch “or” Obesity, Diet and Nutrition in Overseas “will be as many topics discussed during the three days dedicated to the cuisine of the overseas territories. A nice concept that should meet and seduce gourmets, lovers of species, culinary travels and other thrills.

Admission: 10 euros
Groups: 7 euros
Free for children under 12 years.
